RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Strong customer focus with the ability to manage complex, high-volume inquiries with professionalism and care.
Solid understanding of HR practices, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.
Ability to navigate sensitive situations, manage conflict constructively, and make sound, timely decisions.
Clear and adaptable communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4-6 years of experience in a generalist HR role preferred.
Knowledge of Belgian labour legislation and payroll processes is a must
Knowledge of French and or Dutch labor legislation and payroll processes is an asset
Experience supporting employees and managers across a broad range of HR processes is also a must.
Experience to work in a corporate environment is recommended
