    Position summary

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

    Experience:

    • Significant relevant work experience required.

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Supporting the implementation of the new HR Operating model by:

    • Consistently educating employees and managers on how to seek support in the new HR Operating Model

    • Look for opportunities to drive consistency in HR policies, processes and procedures within the sub-region

    • Seek and provide feedback on and within the new HR Operating model in an effort to pursue continuous improvement

    Additional Information:

    • The individual will need to be on-site at the Rocky Mount Engine Plant (RMEP) multiple days per week.
