RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Contribute to Right First-Time improvement in Darlington Engine Plant.
Contribute to improvements in Tooling Calibration and Capability.
Drive cost improvement through reduction of Manufacturing Scrap.
Raise and track Corrective Actions in the Quality Management System.
Address audit gaps in the assembly line by implementing additional quality audits and checklist questions at fit and audit stations.
Assist with IATF16949/ISO9001 audit activities to ensure compliance.
Participating in and helping organize student charity events, contributing at least 4 hours to local community work.
Engage in the Engineering Schools programme to promote engineering education.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Working towards an Engineering degree or any STEM subjects.
PC literate in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
Methodical and data-based approach to problem solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, time management, approachability, and ability to work independently.
