RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Own monthly shop order obsolescence activities to keep order proliferation at an acceptable level
Analyze and interpret data to draw conclusions to improve business processes and preparing key performance indicators to present to senior management
Gain exposure to global logistics, sales and marketing, supply chain finance
Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system
Prepare and distribute standard and customized internal and customer reports
Supporting the Customer Order Management departmental goals and initiatives to become a more proactive customer support organization
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Enrolled on a Business or Supply Chain focused degree which includes a 12-month industry placement
Previous customer or supplier facing work experience is beneficial but not essential
Can use analytical thinking to address problems by investigating, analyzing and working collaboratively with other internal cross-functional departments to provide resolution/improvements
Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel (Pivot and VLOOKUP), including strong communication (written and oral) and time management skills
