    Position summary

    • Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced Field Service Technicians, tech support network, Supervisor

    • Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.

    • Complete training in line with skill and business requirements

    • Maintain service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation

    • Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to site management and to their supervisor.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

    Experience:

    • Customer service experience

    • Intermediate knowledge or experience on power generation products

    • Some mechanical maintenance abilities is an asset

    • High Voltage / Low Voltage / Power Generation experience is an asset

    Education-certifications:

    • Red Seal certification (Heavy Duty or Truck and Transport) is an asset.

    • Locally valid driving permit

    • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    About the role:

    • Working hours are on a 4X10 work schedule-daytime position.

    • The position will support the Power Generation department and shall receive extensive Cummins Training.

    • This position requires work including (commissioning, preventative maintenance, diagnosis and repair) on generators ranging from portable RV units all the way up to large commercial.

    • Great compensation package with annual bonus-Health benefits start on Day 1

    • Salary depending on experience and some great room to grow into your role within Cummins.

    • Position in is an union environment.

    • Salary is 51.13$ hourly
