    Position summary

    Education/Experience

    • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

    • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Additional Information

    • Working with Process Manager, develop a detailed training plan for their respective area to reach certification standards of 85% Level 2.

    • Monitor training progress and provide weekly updates.

    • Audit standard work and drive process improvements.

    • Properly document and submit training records for training completion.

    • Ensure ownership of all training related documents in the area (Matrix, ELI/SAMS Access for associates) and always keep all documents up to date.

    • Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

    • Demonstrate Patience: Training new individuals on tools & processes requires the trainer to demonstrate active listening, patience and communicates effectively.
