    Position summary

    fy short-term and long-term project opportunities and conduct feasibility analysis to determine scope and timelines.

    • Oversee the design, integration, and communication of project plans, ensuring effective coordination across cross-functional teams.

    • Monitor project performance, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes and value realization.

    • Provide guidance and support to Project Managers in project planning, risk assessment, issue resolution, and change management approaches.

    • Review and approve project workflows, documentation, and design to ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices.

    • Manage project budgets and resource allocation while monitoring the status and success measures of all projects within the team.

    • Lead the transition of global finance processes including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and related functions within a shared services environment.

    • Identify process gaps and drive standardization and simplification initiatives across finance processes within the Global Capability Center (GCC).

    • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, financial controls, and corporate governance standards.

    • Act as an escalation point for complex or non-routine accounting and process issues.

    • Support finance teams with effective cash management practices through collaboration with other finance functions.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, robotic process automation (RPA), value stream mapping, and Six Sigma methodologies.

    • Manage and develop Project Managers, supervisors, and finance team members by delegating assignments, providing coaching, and supporting professional development.

    • Conduct performance reviews, establish performance standards, and ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.

    • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with internal and global teams.

    Experience

    • 15+ years of relevant experience in finance operations, project management, or finance transformation initiatives.

    • Proven experience managing finance process transitions in a global or shared services environment.

    • Experience managing teams, including supervisors and indirect reports.

    • Strong exposure to global finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.

    • Experience working with multi-currency transactions and basic understanding of indirect taxation in finance processes.

    • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, global collaboration, and conducting performance reviews.

    • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives using automation, RPA, value stream mapping, or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

    • Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent preferred/required.

    • Additional project management or process improvement certifications are an advantage.
