    Position summary

    anager - Logistics partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful project completion, aligning business processes with system solutions, driving process improvements, and ensuring quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in logistics and warehousing, aligning business processes with system processes and driving best practices.

    • Lead multiple logistics and warehousing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

    • Act as a liaison between Business and IT to capture business processes, gather requirements, and support the rollout of business and system solutions.

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish requirements, define system solutions, and coordinate testing, training, and change management to deliver desired business outcomes.

    • Participate and contribute to project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics.

    • Maintain clear project tasks, identify milestones, and monitor progress against goals and KPIs.

    • Identify, track, and resolve project issues, risks, and dependencies; implement effective mitigation strategies.

    • Use quality tools and data analysis to identify areas of concern, evaluate alternatives, and apply motivational techniques to support organizational change.

    • Contribute to solution design by applying understanding of business flow and system capabilities.

    • Ensure quality delivery and adoption of system solutions such as Blue Yonder , Red Prairie WMS , or equivalent platforms, aligned with business capabilities.

    • Develop comprehensive test cases, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and facilitate user training sessions to ensure smooth implementation.

    • Manage and guide project team members, ensuring project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.

    • Monitor and communicate project status, risks, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.

    • Coach and mentor team members through various stages of the project; provide constructive feedback to support skill and career development.

    • Capture and share lessons learned, leveraging prior experiences to enhance project outcomes and institutional knowledge.

    • Foster strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and operational goals.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the warehousing function and WMS systems.

    • Experience in agile project delivery environments is preferred.

    • Prior experience leading teams and managing projects with moderate to high complexity.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. - in Supply Chain or Engineering Sector.

    • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus

    • Demonstrated competence in warehousing and logistics functions, including hands-on experience with WMS systems (Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, or equivalent).

    • Proven track record in project management, including intermediate to advanced experience managing teams and projects.
