    Position summary

    -functional teams, including development, infrastructure, security, and product teams, to deliver integrated solutions.

    • Partner with vendors and stakeholders to plan and execute complex integrations.

    • Drive adoption of standardized tools, frameworks, and processes across teams.

    Automation, Testing & DevOps

    • Design and implement robust automation frameworks for functional, integration, API, regression, and performance testing.

    • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated quality gates using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

    • Implement infrastructure automation for provisioning, monitoring, and configuration management.

    • Enable modern engineering practices including Agile, DevSecOps, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.

    System Design & Architecture

    • Develop and review system architecture, infrastructure designs, and integration workflows.

    • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient system solutions.

    • Define system and infrastructure specifications aligned with enterprise standards.

    Performance, Reliability & Monitoring

    • Manage system performance through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

    • Analyze system health, utilization, and trends to identify optimization opportunities.

    • Lead performance, load, and resiliency testing to validate system behavior under stress.

    • Ensure observability using monitoring tools and improve system reliability.

    Security, Compliance & Risk Management

    • Participate in design, cybersecurity, and code reviews to ensure compliance with security and architectural standards.

    • Identify system vulnerabilities and lead remediation efforts to enhance resilience.

    • Ensure compliance with recovery objectives (RTO/RPO) and enterprise security practices.

    Troubleshooting & Support

    • Lead resolution of complex system and infrastructure issues across multiple environments.

    • Troubleshoot across the full stack, including applications, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.

    • Support critical business systems to ensure high availability and performance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Skills & Competencies

    Technical Skills

    • Strong expertise in test automation, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline implementation

    • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.)

    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) and hybrid environments

    • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

    • Strong experience in API testing, service virtualization, and contract testing

    • Familiarity with observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana)

    • Expertise in performance, resiliency, and security testing

    • Strong understanding of Linux and Windows environments

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    • This position may require licensing for compliance with export control or sanctions regulations

    Experience

    • 8+ years of experience in IT with a strong focus on DevOps, Quality Engineering, and Test Automation

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks

    • Strong experience with CI/CD tools and quality gate implementation

    • Experience testing cloud-native and enterprise applications

    • Hands-on experience with:

    • API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI or similar)

    • Performance testing tools (e.g., Neoload or similar)

    • Security testing tools (e.g., Veracode or similar)

    • Functional automation tools (e.g., Tosca or similar)

    • Test management tools (e.g., qTest or similar)

    • Experience with observability and monitoring tools for production validation

    • Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and pipelines

    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams

    • Proven ability to coach teams and influence quality practices

    • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
