Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issues, manage receivables, and balance inventory, service, and delivery expectations.
Maintain up-to-date activity records, reports, and forecasts through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other sales tools.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership support to less experienced account executives, fostering team and individual development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Strong commercial and technical acumen with persuasive communication, argumentation, and teamwork skills; committed to driving impact and achieving results.
Proficiency in MS 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Power BI) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Fluency in English required; additional languages such as German or Belgian are highly advantageous.
Familiarity with market dynamics in Northern & Central Europe, with adaptability to work in a hybrid, cross-regional team structure and willingness to travel 20-30% across the region.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
Required: College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales or a related subject, or acceptable sales related work experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
