DevOps & Continuous Delivery Expertise Implement DevOps practices and manage a continuous delivery pipeline to enable rapid, reliable, and flexible release of value in response to market and customer needs.
Lean-Agile & SAFe Leadership Advocate for Agile Manifesto principles and Lean thinking, guiding teams and stakeholders in adopting and applying SAFe practices to drive organizational agility.
Ceremony Planning & Facilitation Skillfully plan and lead agile ceremonies that foster team cadence, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Release Planning Coordinate the release of features and capabilities by aligning roadmaps, team capacity, and business priorities to communicate clear timelines and expectations.
Project Management Discipline Balance scope, schedule, and resources effectively to ensure that temporary efforts (projects) deliver meaningful and measurable results.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required.
Agile Certification (Certified Scrum Master - CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Safe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) are preferred.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Experience working in a software development organization and in an Agile environment as a scrum master demonstrating knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools are preferred.
