    Position summary

    • , particularly within IT Service Management and Service Desk Platforms . This role blends enterprise-level agile delivery practices with team-level execution, ensuring alignment between strategic business goals and effective team performance. As a Scrum Master, you will drive agile maturity, remove impediments, foster collaboration, and help deliver measurable business outcomes across complex, high-impact projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Agile Delivery: Facilitate agile sprints planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and establish team cadence using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

    Coach & Enable Teams: Promote Scrum values and agile principles. Guide team members in agile roles, tools, and best practices to ensure all team members understand their role and how to use any tools of 5335x model :

    5 Values: Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect, Courage

    3 Accountabilities: Product Owner, Developers, Scrum Master

    3 Artifacts: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment

    5 Events: Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily/weekly Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective

    x Practices: Scrum Extensions (Definition of Ready, Backlog Refinement)

    Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity, flow efficiency) to identify improvement opportunities and proactively address team performance gaps.

    Remove Impediments: Quickly identify, mitigate, resolve, or escalate blockers to keep teams on track toward sprint and release goals.

    Ensure Alignment: Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile Release Trains to align delivery to business goals and ensure traceability of work to strategic outcomes.

    Promote Transparency: Maintain updated team documentation and systems of record to ensure clear visibility for stakeholders and accurate progress reporting.

    Support Agile Culture: Engage with senior leadership to promote agile transformation, resolve cultural barriers, and ensure consistency in process adoption.

    Budget & Scope Oversight: Monitor budgets and ensure that project/program resources are used effectively to achieve expected outcomes.

    Qualifications

    Unique Role Requirements:

    Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required

    Must be able to bridge the gap between agile theory and practical execution , guiding teams through transformation in complex enterprise settings.

    Ability to manage multiple agile teams simultaneously , with a keen sense of prioritization and risk management.

    Comfortable engaging with executive leadership and advocating for agile values at all organizational levels, ensuring the team develops and maintains relevant documentation and updating required systems to ensure transparency and relevancy of data.

    Must demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a bias for action in high-ambiguity environments.

    Familiarity with agile metrics, Jira or similar tools , and enterprise project tracking systems is essential.

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , Business , or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    Preferred Certifications:

    Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

    SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) or other relevant Agile certifications

    Experience Requirements:

    Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/SAFe environments

    Practical experience in software development organizations or IT Service Management (ITSM) contexts

    Preferred:

    Experience managing agile teams delivering enterprise platforms , particularly in Service Management or Service Desk environments

    Hands-on experience applying Lean methodologies and driving cultural change across multi-team environments
