QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
Bachelor's degree from a college or university required; degree in Health, Safety, and/or Environmental disciplines preferred.
Professional HSE certification (or progress toward certification) preferred.
Intermediate experience managing HSE programs and applying ISO-based management systems.
Working knowledge of Swedish HSE regulations required (and experience in dealings with "arbetsmiljöverket"); familiarity with Norwegian and Finnish regulations strongly preferred.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
Experience in construction or project-based environments preferred, along with exposure to multi-site operations.
