    Position summary

    • Use data and performance metrics to proactively improve HSE outcomes and prevent incidents.

    • Provide hands-on leadership during daily HSE operations, supporting incident investigations, management of change, contractor safety, and emergency preparedness.

    • Strengthen organizational capability through training, coaching, and development of teams and future HSE leaders.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage risk, interpret data, and drive evidence-based decisions.

    • Commitment to developing people, fostering inclusion, and modeling positive HSE leadership behaviors.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education/ Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree from a college or university required; degree in Health, Safety, and/or Environmental disciplines preferred.

    • Professional HSE certification (or progress toward certification) preferred.

    • Intermediate experience managing HSE programs and applying ISO-based management systems.

    • Working knowledge of Swedish HSE regulations required (and experience in dealings with "arbetsmiljöverket"); familiarity with Norwegian and Finnish regulations strongly preferred.

    • Fluency in Swedish and English.

    • Experience in construction or project-based environments preferred, along with exposure to multi-site operations.
