Develop positive relationships with key customers; resolve customer concerns regarding Cummins' or distributor warranties; explain charges to customers.
Monitor key performance metrics for the workshop, including labor productivity and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Demonstrated administrative experience in Automotive, Construction or other Trade related fields.
Experience of delivering first class customer service
Demonstrate care and attention to detail
Experience or knowledge of automotive industry would be highly beneficial.
Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow service administrators to ensure smooth handovers and continuity between workdays.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the automotive industry or strong mechanical knowledge is highly beneficial.
Prior experience with OHS compliance and documentation is a significant advantage.
Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow service administrators to ensure smooth handovers and continuity between workdays.
