    Position summary

    e preparation of trade shows: e.g. communications and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders, show pieces preparation and other logistics support

    • Responsible for department filing:

    • Press clipping for Cummins news and advertisements as required.

    • Update Marcom contact database on a regular basis

    • Track and Maintain the design filing

    • Assist in Marcom warehouse management. Responsible for company and product literature distribution

    • Able to use Photoshop and/or other software for simple graphic design

    Qualifications:

    Ø Able to work at least 3 full working days per week

    Ø Fluent in oral and written English, proven translation capability

    • Skilled user of graphic design software and tools is preferred

    • Basic knowledge of events or projects management;

    • Able to work under heavy workload

    • Good team player

    Ø Good interpersonal skills

    Ø Major in Advertising, Communications, or English is preferred
