To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) is preferred.
Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products.
Some experience in a management capacity is ideal.
Strong communication and organisation skills
Previous experience in a customer facing role.
Organisational skills and multi-tasking, in a high-pressure environment.

Monday to Friday shifts with some Saturdays

RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Deliver a first-class service to our customers.
Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 6 technicians and apprentices.
Ensure your team achieves its KPI's to deliver results.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.
