    Position summary

    acy** : Conducting supply and demand analysis and making necessary adjustments will highlight areas of concern and improve the accuracy of forecasts, supporting better decision-making.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Apply PFEP Principles : Use the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) methodology to ensure the right parts are delivered at the right time and place, maintaining smooth operations across the supply chain.

    • Manage and Optimize Inventory : Use analytics and algorithms to determine optimal inventory levels, refine planning parameters, and develop strategies that align with broader company goals.

    • Monitor and Improve KPIs : Assess supply chain performance against expectations, interpret KPIs to understand their impact on end customers, and strategically balance trade-offs to drive improvements.

    • Plan Supply and Demand : Use statistical analysis and collaboration to align the supply plan with the demand plan, balancing supply and demand to meet financial and service objectives while stabilizing the supply chain.

    • Value Differences : Recognize and appreciate the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to the organization, fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

    This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Experience:

    Prefer some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Additional Information:

    • Attends and delivers updates in daily Plant Production Meetings.

    • Works daily with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of parts to plant for production schedule.
