    Position summary

    • Develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines through multiple channels.

    • Collaborate with external recruiting sources and attend recruiting events as needed.

    • Implement and monitor recruiting processes to ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.

    • Lead cross-functional projects and associate recruiters to meet talent acquisition needs.

    • Track and report recruitment KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Focus on employment branding and candidate engagement strategies

    • Utilize and maintain applicant tracking systems and provide periodic reporting.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Additional Information:

    • Full Time / 38 hours per week (164.6667 per month)

    • Location: Scoresby, VIC

    • Onsite flexible - 40% work from home

    Experience / Certifications:

    • Intermediate level of relevant work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

    • Experience guiding a team and delivering recruitment projects

    • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    Highly Advantageous Experience

    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing recruitment teams.

    • Proven success in delivering projects across diverse regions.

    • Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.

    • Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.

    • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvement
