Utilize and maintain applicant tracking systems and provide periodic reporting.

Onsite flexible - 40% work from home
Experience / Certifications:
Intermediate level of relevant work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Experience guiding a team and delivering recruitment projects
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Highly Advantageous Experience
Strong leadership skills with experience managing recruitment teams.
Proven success in delivering projects across diverse regions.
Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvement
