    QUALIFICATIONS

    Qualifications for Internal Candidates:

    • Maintain a clean and tidy work area and toolbox.

    • Have good attention to detail and enthusiasm to deliver the customer with a quality repair.

    • Engine rebuild and major experience preferred but not essential.

    • Experience with the Cummins product is preferred but not essential.

    • Strong Safety focused and willing to adhere to Cummins policies and procedures

    • Willing to meet service KPI's

    • Self-motivated and willing to work independently.

    • Has innovated mindset.

    • Creates right work environment through following Cummins Values.

    • Willing to learn Cummins products, attend online and class base training

    • Customer focused and willing to work minimum overtime when required
