    Position summary

    oming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations. Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills. Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard. Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Ensures training completion in line with business requirements. Seeks ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development. Ensures clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and supports planned operator care and maintenance tasks. Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals. Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

    Warehouse Inventory Control - Manages physical inventory utilizing inventory control methodologies to maintain inventory and meet customer expectations.

    Warehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

    College, University or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.

    Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports and advanced level computer skills.

    This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Experience:

    Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

    Logistics and Warehousing experience preferred, including 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider management.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Skills Required:-

    Ensure adherence to all safety rules and regulation in the organization.

    This role is specific to the GRR/Loading/Unloading at Kothurd engine plant.

    Ensure 100% adherence to GRR process for Import and Domestic receipts, Ensure the KPI for GRR/loading/unloading process on daily/week/monthly basis.

    Flexibility in terms of worktime is needed for this role/ rotational shifts.

    100 % Adherecne to all the complaince processes related to GRR/loading/unloading Process.

    Team management skills needed to handel the GRR CWK team.

    Need coordination with CFT for GRR/Loading/Unloading process. Good knowledge about oracle system.

    Supervise loading and unloading activities at dock.
