RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Ability to translate complex technical and commercial information into clear, audience-appropriate insights that enable understanding, retention, and informed decision-making.
Strong capability in developing and executing account strategies, balancing customer needs with business priorities to define achievable growth targets aligned to overall strategy.
Proven skill in integrating the customer perspective, using deep insight into customer needs, behaviors, and buying journeys to shape compelling sales content and tailored solutions.
Expertise in sales forecasting and pipeline management, using data, diagnostics, and proactive planning to assess pipeline health, adjust strategies, and consistently deliver sales objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
Fluency in Mandarin is a mandatory requirement for this role.
College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, technical or a related subject or an acceptable combination of education and experience required.
Significant level of relevant work experience required, including previous customer and/or product experience required. Purchasing/commercial contract negotiation preferred.
