• Build holistic knowledge of market dynamics to ideate and recommend local initiatives, then integrate them with national AFA strategy
• Support semi-annual new business rate reviews and monthly renewal block check process
• Ad hoc projects outside of rate review cycle to deep dive into market-specific challenges and growth opportunities (past examples include area factor analysis, narrow network discount review, and group size factors)
• Work with the other Small Group region leads to identify and share best practices.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree along with 3+ years related experience
Must have your ASA or FSA
Healthcare experience required

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
