Influences all stakeholders to support key projects/programs to ensure business requirements are translated into system capabilities for positive outcomes that deliver on results.
Manages and oversees all facets of projects including objective setting, planning, prioritization, consultation with business stakeholders, progress tracking, implementation, status updates and communication, etc.
Collaborates with cross project teams, translates business requirements to technical teams and systems architects to meet the business objective(s).
Employs project management disciplines and methodologies to drive process improvement activities, negotiates resources/time to ensure end-state projects are delivered timely and applies critical thinking to identify, develop and vet win-win solutions in collaboration with business partners.
Exhibits flexibility to adjust to tight deadlines and changing project requirements.
Prepares documentation to support all phases of projects (planning, tracking, communications, etc.).
Works with internal and external constituents on the implementation of value-based delegation, plan sponsor carve outs and vendor arrangements as well as the ongoing system monitoring post implementation based on the agreed upon duration**.**
Required Qualifications
10 years' experience in Managed Healthcare/Insurance Industry related to Clinical Programs
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)
Adept at understanding business process and pain points
Mastery of business problem solving and decision-making skills
Proven presentation and communication skills
Ability to think "big picture" and understand the impacts of individual project work on other projects and business strategy

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
