    • Analyzes the impact of competitor marketing approaches to help develop a competitive advantage and differentiation strategy.

    • Applies knowledge of data mining techniques and statistical software to uncover correlations in marketing outcomes.

    • Assists cross-functional teams with market messaging, campaign planning, and target audience identification.

    • Builds a continuous learning plan for the marketing department to stay informed with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics.

    • Communicates internally through reporting and dashboards, sharing analysis, findings, and insights for stakeholder review.

    • Compiles marketing metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value to provide information on campaign performance.

    • Utilizes data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns in real-time, making adjustments as needed to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

    Required Relevant Work Experience

    • 1-2 years' experience working with marketing merchants

    • 1-2 years' experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, Acrobat

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) preferred

    The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
