The clinical pharmacist will also perform foreign drug reviews, medical record reviews, case analysis, provide clinical support and collaboration for development of new drug policies/revisions to existing drug policies, and clinical projects.This is a remote role with the potential for on-site training and is open to qualified candidates within the United States, with the ideal candidate residing in the Phoenix, AZ area. Candidate must currently hold active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in the State of Arizona.This is a full-time 40 hour per week role. Hours of operation are 5am-7pm AZT, and the Clinical Pharmacist will work a set schedule of 8 hour (5 days/wk) or 10 hour (4 days/wk) shifts within that timeframe with the potential for a future Saturday rotation.Required Qualifications
    1+ Years pharmacist experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management

    1+ Years pharmacist experience with Prior Authorizations within PBM

    Active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in the State of Arizona

    Active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in state of residence

    Preferred Qualifications
    3+ Years in Pharmacy Benefit Management

    2+ Years in Clinical Prior Authorizations

    Experience with RxClaim

    Demonstrated computer proficiency

    The typical pay range for this role is:$94,500.00 - $211,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
