This role oversees the entire creative process - from concept development and personalization strategies to scalable creative production and performance optimization - ensuring impactful, high-performing creative across channels and formats via our enabling technologies.A key component of this role includes navigating the new paths that AI creates, driving automation, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and personalized ad experiences at scale. You will build and manage the technical product roadmap, aligning business and technical needs while serving as the "voice of creative" for both internal and external stakeholders. Your leadership will drive the development of creative automation, personalization, and innovative ad formats by partnering with key internal teams - including Strategic Partnerships, Marketing & Creative, Tech Foundations, Operations, and Analytics - and onboarding strategic external partners to expand our capabilities.This role calls for a blend of creative vision and product expertise. The ideal candidate will bring a strong product mindset, combining business assessment, business case development, MVP definition, and roadmap creation with cross-functional alignment as well as CVSH enterprise coordination. The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
