In addition, you will develop and implement plans, procedures, programs, and strategies to enhance performance, service level, and cost per piece.The hours for this 1st shift role are 7AM-3PM MST with flexibility and additional overtime as needed
The Distribution Center Operations Manager is responsible for, but not limited to:
• Plans, organizes, schedules, forecasts, and coordinates work to meet production schedules and operational goals
• Reviews and analyses production, quality, and other operational reports, and initiates changes, as needed, to ensure a high level or service to store operations
• Possesses the ability to utilize a variety of reports, summaries, and procedures to project workload and resolve problems that arise
• Develops and implements plans, procedures, programs, and strategies to enhance performance, service level, and cost-per-piece
-Maintaining a high level of productivity and quality of all aspect of outbound area.
-Prepare departmental budget and control expenditures against approved budget.
-Administer policies/procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
-Professionally address issues with employees utilizing the proper resources.
-Develop and lead a supervisory staff with an emphasis on team building, communication, performance accountability, and positive employee relation's management.
-Set clear goals for the departments and deliver on set goals.
-Promote and reinforce safety and security awareness and compliance among the supervisory staff and hourly
employee groups.
• 5+ years of management experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• 3+ years working with Engineering Work Standards (EWS)
• Previous knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in both receiving and shipping
• Experience leading a high-volume distribution center
• Background in Six Sigma production techniques
• Bilingual preferred
• Bachelor's degree
Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
