Create, maintain, and send out weekly reports
Manage seating charts and coordinate with Property Administration on moves and seating changes
Assist with planning, scheduling, and updating meetings and special events
Review and maintain SVP calendar, provide availability, and adjust meetings as needed
Review and maintain the Chief of Staff calendar, providing availability and adjust meetings as needed
New hire support to include ordering appropriate laptop, related components, and company cell phone
Leadership requests including booking conference rooms, scheduling meetings, and arrange catering
Arrange travel for SVP (and others as requested)
Prepare and submit expense reports for SVP (and others as requested)
Send communications to staff from appropriate mailbox utilizing distribution list
Assist in administering employee recognition programs, including anniversary certificates, employee of the month, and Heart at Work awards
Provide signature on approved documents
Assist with building communications, safety, and fire drills
Order and track office supplies
Support special projects as assigned by the Office's Strategy teamRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role required
2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
2+ years of experience using Ariba, Egencia, Concur (or equivalent administrative systems)Preferred Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skillsEducation

The typical pay range for this role is:$22.59 - $53.95This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
