    Position summary

    via portal look ups and outreach calls to other insurance carriers to get member coordination of benefits information. Data is gathered for data entry and record submission to CMS. Follows established schedules, CMS calendars, reporting and requirements. Properly documents work. Makes decisions with guidance. Maintains assigned financial reports.

    Required Qualifications

    Functional - Customer Service - Customer Service - Outbound calls - survey administration/1-3 Years

    Functional - Finance - Financial reporting and analysis/1-3 Years.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Background in MSP (Medicare Secondary Payer) or COB (Coordination of Benefits). Medicare or Medicaid background.

    Education
    High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $17.00 - $31.30

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
