An HPCS Specialist - Rep I is expected to professionally manage a high volume of correspondence to include but not limited to phone calls, emails, and SalesForce cases from clients and internal partners to ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately. Correspondence should be professional, thorough and deliver a clear message.The HPCS Specialist - Rep I will continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the client/member experience.The HPCS Specialist - Rep I will work collaboratively with internal/external business partners to provide solutions for our clients/members. Rep I's are expected to take responsibility for following through and bringing outstanding issues to closure on the initial contact with the client.The HPCS Specialist - Rep I is expected to promote a positive team environment and seek opportunities to develop professional expertise that support their goals and the objectives of the company.Candidate must be in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone

3+ years of experience in a complex, high-impact customer interfacing roleEducation:

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
