You will be responsible for providing product strategic leadership and guidance for an enterprise Pharmacy Benefit Management reporting product.As a key strategic leader, you will partner deeply with the respective stakeholders across the company to understand the customers, current product landscape, operational needs, and business goals to develop a long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap that achieves outcomes and delivers value. You will support and mentor team members responsible for the entire life cycle management of product lines/products, including purpose, definition, design, planning, development, prototyping and testing. Design thinking methodology is at the center of all you do, ensuring customer centricity is the core of your product so that you deliver the right value to the right customer at the right time.What you will do:

Pharmacy Benefits Management or healthcare experience
BI or Analytics Product Management experience
High technology and data acumen
Experience product transformation, activation and operational model within complex environments across large organizations
Experience problem solving and consulting within complex environments across large organizations
Experience facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts with an appreciation for diverse perspectives and experience
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with executive presence and ability to influence across disciplines and levels of seniority
Ability to provide vision to large teams to guide multi-month fast-paced projects, establish key milestones driven by market/enterprise need, and direct matrixed teams
Critical thinker with the ability to make informed choices in a high-pressure environment
Build and maintain strong relationships across key stakeholders and constituents
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving internal and external customer experiences

The typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
