ou will work to lead and support the back-end pharmacy technician team by ensuring proper preparation of medications to be dispensed by the pharmacist team. Our back-end team focuses on order fulfillment including packaging and dispensing of medication, reviewing delivery orders and bins for accuracy, and coordinating stock rotations. Additional tasks and responsibilities include:
Leading and assisting Pre-Pack, Picking, Staging, Automated Dispensing, Purchasing, Inventory, Returns/Credits, and Delivery departments toward their primary objectives
Providing regular and timely feedback on pharmacy technician performance
Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws

What You Bring:
Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Skills/Experience, but not Required:
Prior experience in the long-term care industry
Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
PTCB National Certification

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
