Be responsible for evaluating potential financial impact of a plan design change using existing models or by working with internal partners.
Support the development of new tools user acceptance testing.
Support training of existing or new team members on processes and potentially be in a people management role.
Work collaboratively with other financial change order team members.
Access data via Excel and tools such as SQL/ SAS and use financial change order models to model projected rebate guarantee impact analysis.
Coordinate the efforts across company teams that can include Sales, Analytic Consulting Services, Clinical Operations, Underwriting, and other departments to ensure proper controls are in place to review changes to a client's benefit design, formulary, or implementation of a product.
Provide consultative support to internal stakeholders on analysis including but not limited to sales, underwriting and underwriting analytics teams.
Support the client specific analyses and discussions and provide consultative support on additional ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Be responsible on interacting with external stakeholders and clients directly and have the ability to articulate the results of the analysis in a clear, concise manner and meeting the expected deadlines of requested analysis for this client.

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
