    Position summary

    do:**

    • Analyze the root cause of all identified errors and issues to determine and implement a corrective action plan. Monitor the completion and execution of the corrective action plan.

    • Collaborate with functional areas to implement new and revised processes, coding rules, etc. that aligns with the corrective action plan and resolve issue(s) identified with the root cause analysis.

    • Communicate with internal departments and external customers to resolve issues identified and reduce repeat of errors identified.

    • Develops and communicates new processes, process changes with Client Pricing team/peers.

    • Manage Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls - create and deliver report for all applicable controls on or before the due date with completeness and accuracy.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience supporting Client Pricing Guarantees and Audits
    • 2+ years PBM experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)

    • Adept at problem solving and decision making

    • RxClaim knowledge

    • Effective communication skills - verbal and written

    Education

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience is required

    The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
