The digital communication platforms Product Analyst role is a member of an Agile Product Team also responsible for defining user stories and prioritizing the team backlog, streamlining the execution of team priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features/components for the team.
Required Qualifications
2+ years required experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT
1+ years of experience enabling, administrating, or deploying marketing communications platforms for large scale cross channel communications (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred; may include experience with Braze, Adobe Campaign, InfoBip, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, Oracle Responsys, IBM Watson, etc.)
1+ years of experience enabling technical solutions for marketing-related functions, including channel acquisition, preferences and consent management, customer retention, or cross channel personalization
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with campaign management or marketing orchestration platforms
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines
Familiarity with Agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solutions-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues
Ability to effectively work on teams within a highly collaborative environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors)
Ability to maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization
Ability to multi-task and manage several priorities across various lines of business at a given time with a strong knack for project management
Detail orientated with an ability to keep up-to-date and thorough documentation on a regular basis, including meeting notes, PowerPoint decks, project status documentation, etc.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related discipline.Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$64,890.00 - $173,040.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
