000+ stores working on high-priority strategic projects within the VP of Retail Innovation & Store Design's organization. Examples of recent projects including refining and designing our in-store display strategy, overseeing endcap strategy and execution in our new formats, and designing / launching innovative new display programs. This role works closely with Marketing, Category Management, Operations, and Inventory - and we frequently roll up our sleeves in stores to bring a vision to life.
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in retail, a strategic background, and a passion for delivering results. To be successful in this role, you will need to prioritize multiple workstreams, thrive working autonomously, and be able to zoom out to structure a high-level strategy while diving into the details at the store level.Required Qualifications
• Strategy Consulting and/or retail experience
• Experience in visual merchandising, marketing, or category management
• A minimum of 5 years professional experience at a leading strategy consulting firm/relevant retail company or 2+ year professional experience post-MBA
• Master of Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with additional data tools (SQL, Tableau) a plusPreferred Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and influence peers and operational partners
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to interact with and influence decision-making by non-analytical and senior-level business audiences
• Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver in the fast-paced evolving environmentEducation

• MBA or relevant Masters degree preferredPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.40
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
