    Position summary

    project and vendor management expertise, and a keen eye for detail.The role is responsible for the creation of print project and schedules, assignment of projects, tracking projects through the execution cycle, job prioritization, inventory management, providing ongoing communications to business partners and external vendors at all levels and serving as the technical expert to support all info security & IT requirements related to risk and vendor connections across the organization. This role will also serve as Enterprise Procurement ambassador, providing guidance to stakeholders and suppliers on how and when to engage with various teams and tools within Procurement.Key Responsibilities:

    Print & Direct Mail Management - Responsible for building and managing end-to-end print specifications and engaging appropriate vendors from estimating through to award of project. The role is responsible for the creation of schedules, assignment of projects, tracking projects through the execution cycle, job prioritization, inventory management, and providing ongoing communications to business partners and external vendors. Serve as Enterprise Procurement ambassador, providing guidance to stakeholders and suppliers on how and when to engage with various teams and tools within Procurement.Print/Mail Vendor Management - Relationship management of Print suppliers. Ensure vendor compliance through oversight of, and engagement with; Ariba, Contracts, Third Party Risk, Medicare Compliance, AP, Sourcing, and internal/external Auditors. Lead annual supplier business reviews. Use communications effectively to inform and influence intended audiences and proactively network with relevant stakeholders across CVS Health and Vendor Partners to advocate for the needs and success of members and clients.Best Practices and Industry Trends - Ability to make recommendations on format and new technology for execution and best practices of print production for marketing & communications campaigns. Evaluate current production processes and identify opportunities for program optimization, process efficiencies and cost savings.Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 7 years in print production or a related field, with a proven track record of managing successful projects.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of printing techniques, materials
    • Strong technical acumen supporting print technology, risk governance reviews
    • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and clients.
    • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of print production.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
    • Excellent knowledge of print and direct mail production specifications, work flows, and management
    • Must be resilient, adaptable, and flexible in fast paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Print Production, Graphic Design, or related field or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) requiredPay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
