- Conduct in-depth reviews of product and contract documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Collaborate in developing product strategies that support client and organizational goals.
- Utilize Salesforce.com and CPQ tools to manage and configure product offerings effectively.
- Analyze client change requests and implement appropriate solutions.
- Communicate discrepancies and next steps clearly through strong written and verbal communication.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of documentation and analysis, and account retention.
- Manage high volumes of work, particularly during peak renewal seasons, through strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Gather and synthesize data from multiple systems to create a holistic view of each client.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years with Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com or similar program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CPQ.
- Experience in building and configuring medical insurance plans.
- Background in product configuration and strong product knowledge in a healthcare or insurance setting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Education
- High school diploma or GED.

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $102,081.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
