ement team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of our analytics strategy.This position will support intake, execution, and delivery of routine and ad-hoc analytics requests from various stakeholders including Pharmacy Operations, Billing Operations, Accounts Receivable Operations, Sales, Underwriting, Contracts and Pricing, Finance, Accounting, Vendors, Compliance, Audit, and Executive Leadership. It will leverage various analytical tools and skills, duties include routine extraction, consolidation, summarization, visualization, quality review, and delivery of data from various and potentially disparate source systems.This role will drive the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of leadership facing Tableau dashboards that summarize and benchmark various revenue cycle performance metrics and deviations from expected/targeted trends.This role will participate in the development of comprehensive workflow solutions that support the expansion our analytics strategy, including the development of process improvement and self-service data solutions, report automation, and exception monitoring innovations.This position will be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing solutions to drive process improvement through reporting and automation. It will also be responsible for proactively identifying, diagnosing, and trending issues and opportunities within the department through the development of data visualizations, dashboards, reports, and analyses.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Finance, Business Administration) or 2+ years equivalent relevant analytical work experience
6 months of experience developing dashboards using Tableau or equivalent visualization software

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
