Lead and manage key strategic projects related to implementation of new regulatory rules, new large-payment programs and/or scoreable action items from conception to implementation
Conducts routine collaboration with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Drafts correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring all messaging is consistent and aligned with the overall strategy supporting the Medical Pre-Payment Policy Solutions (MPPS)
Use a centralized platform to track policy initiatives, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to the AVP and other executives on key performance indicators and outcome
Plan and facilitate meetings, including creating agendas, preparing presentation materials, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the AVP and key internal and external stakeholders, including clinical teams, legal and compliance departments, and external partners.
Manage the AVP's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and prioritizing appointments to optimize their time and focus.
Takes ownership of special projects or ad-hoc assignments that fall outside the purview of existing teams, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Conducts project post-mortems to capture and apply lessons learned to identify areas for improvement and shares process enhancements to optimize project management practices.
Prepares and delivers project progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Administers leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
Installs project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.Required Qualifications

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
