The Senior Manager is also responsible for ensuring the functioning of care management and care coordination activities across the continuum of care (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating). The Senior Manager reports to the Sr Principal Clinical Leader.
This is a remote position. Eligible candidates must reside in Virginia.
Required Qualifications
Virginia residence
Active unrestricted Virginia StateLicense in applicable functional area - RN or BH ( e.g. LPC, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)
5+ years in clinical area of expertise
2+ years supervisory/managerial experience
3+ years care management experience
3+ years of experience with personal computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications
Must be willing to travel for state required meetings and trainings (up to 20% travel estimated)
Must have experience working in health care delivery systems (electronic documentation platform)
Must have demonstrated ability to communicate with Members who have complex medical or social needs and who may have communication barriers
Preferred Qualifications
Medicaid experience - LTSS highly preferred
Knowledge of the regulations, standards, and policies which relate to medical management
Certified Case Manager (CCM)
Education
Registered Nurse or MSW
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,425.00 - $216,300.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
