    Position summary

    ng initiatives and empower our sales teams with the tools, content, and insights they need to succeed. You'll also play a critical role in shaping our value story, supporting plan sponsor communications, and driving producer engagement across key markets. This role is best suited for someone highly collaborative in nature, who is accustomed to and enjoys supporting large, multi-faceted projects and has a deep knowledge of B2B communication strategy development and execution.What You'll Do****Marketing Communications

    • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
    • Plan, create and edit marketing and communications materials while strictly adhering to Aetna Brand Standards with limited direction or supervision. (e.g., campaigns, marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations, web content, talk tracks, events, meetings) ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, graphic designer, and internal communication agency to deliver high-quality creative assets and campaign execution.

    Sales Enablement & Strategic Support

    • Value story: Own the creation and evolution of Aetna International's value story assets, including the core presentation, modular content, and supporting training materials.

    • Industry verticals: Manage and maintain materials associated with our niche industry verticals including presentations, cover letters and web content

    • Sales pitches and customer presentations: Collaborate with Segment Leaders and Account Executives on customized finalist presentations for high-value and target customers for new business or renewing business opportunities. As needed, partner with sales support team to enhance database of RFP responses.

    • Customer communications: Create and manage plan sponsor-specific communications such as letters and emails related to network changes, formulary updates, and other service enhancements.

    • New product launches: Ensure new product information is integrated into sales assets as they launch and, as needed, support colleagues with the development of B2B materials associated with new product launches. Collaborate on go-to-market strategies to refine messaging, positioning, and sales enablement initiatives.

    Producer Engagement

    • Create materials for broker meetings such as Producer COE sessions, leadership roundtables, and other strategic engagements with broker firms as well as annual producer incentive programs
    • Develop and deliver targeted broker communications, including the monthly Producer Topic of the Month series and other enablement materials.
    • As needed, lead planning, logistics, and execution of large-scale producer events, including the bi-annual Producer Forum.

    Minimum Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in marketing communications and/or sales enablement, preferably in health care, insurance, or a B2B environment.

    • Proven success in developing integrated campaigns, sales enablement programs, and customer-facing communications.

    • Excellent communication skills; ability to strategically tailor written, visual, or verbal messages for internal and external stakeholders and leaders

    • Strong storytelling skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly create, format, and edit visually appealing presentations

    • Strong time management, project management and organizational skills necessary to meet deadlines.

    • Experience working in a matrixed organization with various stakeholders; ability to speak with all levels of the business.

    • Adept at collaboration and teamwork

    Preferred Requirements

    • Prior Salesforce experience
    • Prior Marketing Cloud experience

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
