    Position summary

    • Collaborate with leadership to develop a multi-year technology strategy aligned with business unit goals.
    • Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
    • Serve as a liaison for cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and operational excellence.
    • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, holding teams accountable for results.
    • Establish scalable processes, systems, and workflows to improve operational efficiency within the organization.
    • Facilitate program governance, tracking status, resolving issues, and escalating concerns, as necessary.
    • Drive communications strategies to articulate priorities, progress, and impact to both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
    • Create and present executive communications and documentation.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Act as a strategic communications advisor to key leaders.

    • Coordinate execution of the communications strategy across business leaders.

    • Produce clear and compelling executive messaging on complex topics under tight deadlines.

    • Collaborate with vendors and in-house talent to support the communications strategy.

    • Adapt recommendations based on an evolving environment and share insights from the broader company.

    • Develop key performance metrics to measure effectiveness.

    Required Qualifications

    • 7-10 years of relevant work experience

    • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, and/or consulting or related industries.

    • 5+ years of experience in executive communications strategy within technology, health insurance or related industries.

    • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, operational leadership, and program execution within a technology organization.

    • Experience as a lead for development and implementation of a thought leadership communications strategy to enhance brand reputation.

    • 2+ years of experience collaborating with stake holders and vendors

    • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.

    • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including ability to succinctly share information.

    • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

    • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and execute with urgency.

    • Strategic and analytical thinker, with superior problem-solving skills and the ability to support tactical execution without losing site of the overall strategy

    • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities.

    • Proven ability to advance communication goals and collaborate effectively.

    • Professional demeanor and executive presence for regular interaction with executives.

    • Willingness to travel as needed.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $182,549.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
