Primary Responsibilities
Act as a strategic communications advisor to key leaders.
Coordinate execution of the communications strategy across business leaders.
Produce clear and compelling executive messaging on complex topics under tight deadlines.
Collaborate with vendors and in-house talent to support the communications strategy.
Adapt recommendations based on an evolving environment and share insights from the broader company.
Develop key performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of relevant work experience
5+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, and/or consulting or related industries.
5+ years of experience in executive communications strategy within technology, health insurance or related industries.
5+ years of experience in strategic planning, operational leadership, and program execution within a technology organization.
Experience as a lead for development and implementation of a thought leadership communications strategy to enhance brand reputation.
2+ years of experience collaborating with stake holders and vendors
Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including ability to succinctly share information.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and execute with urgency.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
