    The Patient Recruitment Campaign Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring flawless delivery of Clinical Trial Recruitment product to key clients, taking an innovative consultative approach to guide our clients to improve clinical trial recruitment.

    • Lead the implementation and optimization of industry-leading deployment of Clinical Trial offerings, owning and innovating on all aspects of project delivery, in order to capture full value of sold projects.

    • Collaborate with Business Development on high probability priorities and take ownership of operations at contract signing.

    • Ensure a clear understanding of project scope, process and timelines & establishing client success metrics.

    • Development of required recruitment materials and process to generate success.

    • Lead client project meetings, providing project updates and review of success metric reporting.

    • Partner with analytics on reporting needs and regular updates.

    • Provide success milestones for monthly client invoicing.

    • Lead, hire, and develop a high performing team of campaign managers as revenue grows.

    • Manage and influence cross-functional internal partners including Operations, Business Development, Product and Analytics.

    • Work with external partners on active project needs including mail vendor, email platform

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience leading a team of people.
    • 5+ years experience within life science or healthcare operations.
    • Experience working cross functionally with internal teams as well as external vendors.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Understanding of major players in Patient Recruitment into clinical trials.

    • 5+ years experience within clinical trial patient recruitment.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree required.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.40

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
