.Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract and analyze medical, pharmacy, and behavioral health claims data.
- Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports using advanced functions (Power Query, PivotTables, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Medical Economics, and Quality to support Medicaid analytics.
- Translate business questions into data requirements and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Participate in the development of outcome models and cost savings tools.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with HIPAA and internal data governance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with healthcare data, ideally Medicaid claims.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Experience working with large datasets in a data warehouse environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with HEDIS, NCQA, or CMS quality metrics.
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, managed care, and value-based payment models.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
