What you will do
- Acts as a top-level specialist in project management, providing experience-based guidance and mentorship to support successful project execution.
- Adapts project management methodologies and best practices to meet the unique needs of each project and ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Advises project teams and stakeholders on project management principles, practices, and approaches to enhance project outcomes and mitigate risks.
- Applies highly-developed project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Approves project plans, budgets, and resource allocations, authorizing project initiation and ensuring adherence to project governance and standards.
- Benchmarks project performance against industry standards, best practices, and key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving excellence.
- Checks project deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely and accurate project completion, providing guidance and support to project teams as needed.
- Coaches project managers and team members, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to enhance work area project management skills and contribute to key professional growth.
- Consults on project management practices, processes, and tools, collaborating with stakeholders to establish effective project management frameworks and ensure successful project outcomes.

- Demonstrated success stabilizing edit work-queues and reducing front-end holds; ability to quantify and report outcomes.
- Experience coordinating Epic upgrades (build, testing, training), and monthly RA/SU installs.
- Ability to translate compliance and accreditation requirements into system changes and training.
- Comfort with analytics enablement: Hyperspace reports, SlicerDicer; collaboration with Tableau/ETL developers (Alteryx/Dataiku) to operationalize metrics.
- Strong cross-functional facilitation skills; leads weekly ops calls and partners with DDAT Epic analysts.
- Excellent written communication and training development skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Health Informatics, Nursing/Pharmacy/Health Administration or related field; Epic certification(s) preferred (e.g., Prelude, Cadence, EpicCare Ambulatory) or willingness to obtain.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
