orts the business unit's overall management process, leads cross functional efforts to ensure optimal communication and performance, assists in resource alignment and facilitates the development of organizational, unit, and cross-functional strategic program management.What you will do
Enabling alignment with business objectives and reinforce organizational standards through the Medicare management process
Developing performance dashboards and managing, tracking and reporting results against performance guarantee activity of key Medicare initiatives
Continuously building cross-functional relationships with business stakeholders to ensure business performance and key risks are discussed, evaluated, tracked and routinely reported out on (via monthly business reviews, etc.)
Collaborating with teammates and business partners to drive process improvements and enhancements and implementing new ideas that support optimal business outcomes and improve overall efficiency in the management process
Supporting the design and execution of overall communication strategy in support of business objectives and employee engagement in partnership with Communication, Human Resources, and Medicare business partners
Performing additional cross-functional duties as needed to ensure departmental and business unit goals are met
Required Qualifications
7-10 years work experience
Strong proficiency in translating complex business concepts into simple, compelling visual narratives that communicate business objectives and strategic goals
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence with advanced quantitative skills
Advanced Powerpoint presentation skills approriate for C-suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Medicare
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
EducationBachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $149,328.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
