    Position summary

    ew Group Team:** Supports onboarding new groups, assists clients in finalizing benefit designs, and drafts initial plan documents and SBCs.

    Team assignment will be determined based on your experience and organizational needs.Required Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of extensive plan writing experience supporting self-funded or fully insured plans.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently as a critical thinker, self-starter, and to meet deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with proven performance in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
    • Insurance industry and benefits experience required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge and experience with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
    • Familiarity with benefit terminology.
    • General understanding of compliance and regulatory issues, including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and consistently meet or exceed deadlines.
    • Prior insurance industry and benefits experience preferred.

    Education

    • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent work experience preferred.

    The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $42.35This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
