Responsibilities Include:
Develop Recruitment strategies that meet the needs of clients' research objectives
Gain deep understanding of Recruitment service offering and patient engagement operational models
Collaborate with colleagues across Business Development, Patient Recruitment Operations, and Analytics to develop optimal solutions that best support client objectives
Lead client discovery sessions to further refine strategy/solution
Ensure appropriate solution is developed and clearly communicated to client
Collaborate with Proposal and Pricing managers on proposal and budget creation
Present Recruitment solution to client study team and leadership in a comprehensive presentation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare consulting, clinical research patient recruitment, or similar related field
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work with and gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
Work and navigate in a Salesforce-driven environment
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable presenting to senior executives to articulate a deep understanding of product offering and match with client needs
Experience working with major pharmaceutical, biotech, and other partners in the clinical research space

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
