    Responsibilities Include:

    • Develop Recruitment strategies that meet the needs of clients' research objectives

    • Gain deep understanding of Recruitment service offering and patient engagement operational models

    • Collaborate with colleagues across Business Development, Patient Recruitment Operations, and Analytics to develop optimal solutions that best support client objectives

    • Lead client discovery sessions to further refine strategy/solution

    • Ensure appropriate solution is developed and clearly communicated to client

    • Collaborate with Proposal and Pricing managers on proposal and budget creation

    • Present Recruitment solution to client study team and leadership in a comprehensive presentation

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare consulting, clinical research patient recruitment, or similar related field

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Ability to work with and gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders

    • Work and navigate in a Salesforce-driven environment

    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

    • Comfortable presenting to senior executives to articulate a deep understanding of product offering and match with client needs

    • Experience working with major pharmaceutical, biotech, and other partners in the clinical research space

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree required; may consider comparable work experience

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
