Dashboard Development & Reporting
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards using tools such as Quickbase to track learning performance and progress against organizational goals.
Combine and analyze data to create actionable reports and insights for stakeholders.
Present measurement findings in a clear, compelling narrative that highlights trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
Learning Measurement & Analytics
Consult with Program Owners and Portfolio Leads to develop measurement strategies for learning programs.
Design and implement learning measurement frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness across the organization.
Collect, interpret, and analyze learning data to provide insights that enhance program performance.
Develop and standardize learning metrics to enable consistent reporting across all programs.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning measurement initiatives align with business goals and strategic objectives.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve learning measurement and reporting processes.
Research and recommend new methodologies, tools, or approaches to address business partner needs and operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience developing applications or dashboards using Quickbase, Airtable, or Smartsheet.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets and uncover the story behind the numbers.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick Model of training evaluation.
Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Background in learning analytics or performance measurement.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience, specialized training, or relevant professional qualifications also considered.Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $91,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
